MEET THE TEAM

Linda Burtch

Linda has called Salt Lake’s Sugarhouse district home since childhood. In real estate since 2008, her accolades include: Best Small Team at KW SLC (2012), Salt Lake Board of Realtors Medium Sales Team of 2017, & Keller Williams Spirit Award (2015 & 2017) for her service & example in the real estate industry.

She’s a dedicated advocate for her clients & an expert in her field, always striving for a win-win deal. She has a strong knowledge of the real estate market & is intimately familiar with the neighborhoods & values across the Wasatch Front. Always on top of the latest trends, she loves educating clients so they can make the best financial buying or selling decisions.

Linda is a proud mother of two who spends her free time with her husband & children, rock-climbing, & spending time outdoors.

Rachael Rasmussen

Born & raised on the Wasatch Front, Rachael spent several years exploring the world. She returned to the Salt Lake Valley in 2015 to begin her career in real estate. After cutting her teeth for three years as transaction coordinator for a major KW team, Rachael joined the ABODEslc team.

With parents & siblings in the industry, Rachael comes to the profession naturally. She has a deep understanding of client & agent needs & the details of the sales/purchase process. She’s developed a passion for creating & refining systems to smooth the transaction experience for both buyer & seller, improving communications & relationships between Realtors & their clients.

When not helping clients, Rachael can be found knitting, reading, relaxing around a campfire, or singing along to her favorite live music.

Kelley Burtch

Kelley was born & raised in Salt Lake City, he received a degree in Biology from the University of Utah in 2008. After graduating, Kelley spent over 11 years working for a small biotech company in Sandy.
During his tenure he started as a Laboratory Technician & worked his way up to Director of Operations. Kelley joined the ABODEslc team at the beginning of 2022 with the goal of helping streamline the entire client experience & enhance relationships we have with past clients.

He loves spending time with his family exploring the great outdoors, rock-climbing, & enjoying the myriad of events in the Salt Lake Valley (Concerts, sports & even the occasional Monster Truck Rally).
